First off, I did not know who Leonard Nimoy was until I started watching The Big Bang Theory. For those of you like me who have no idea either, he was in the original Star Trek as Mr. Spock. Now and for many years past, Leonard Nimoy has been focusing more on his art. Apparently in the past Mr. Nimoy has done more than just play a Vulcan. He also has recorded some music. More recently though, he is a photographer. His photos are quite interesting and many can be seen at art museums across the country.

The original photography by Leonard Nimoy ranges in price, but if you would like to purchase one of his beautiful works you can certainly do it. Ranging from $900 to $18,000 the price of the work depends on the size of the photo that you choose. The black and white images that are available are even hand printed by Nimoy in his very own darkroom.

One of Nimoy’s projects was titled “Secret Selves” with images of people as their other half or who they think they are but do not reveal. The video below shows Nimoy with one of the participants in the project. You can also review the completed photos at this link.
